The game is actually a spinoff to the Village of Nightmare, the freeware corruption game, featuring the merchant siblings.

The game is kind of like Recettear, where you buy ingredients, craft them into gears and items, and sell them to the NPC in the battlefield. And based on what and whom you sell item to, your decision will influence the outcome of the war. In fact, the game encourages you to sell stuff to the losing side so they can turn the tide; then you flip to the other side.
