I guess to summarize the whole thing:
- MC and FMC are married 5 years already and is the president's daughter (at the company where MC works at).
- MC and FMC are on a condominium where it happens the company owns so employees can stay there cheaply
- As MC and FMC are going out to grocery they passed by MC's superior (Netori guy) who is apparently moving in as well.
- MC and FMC greets superior and FMC doesn't know how to act towards the guy (since she came from an all-girls school)
- yada yada
- MC works late, FMC is at house, Netori guy is there
- Netori guy forces himself to FMC
- yada yada
- FMC realizing that she likes the Netori guy (due to he's someone who "gives")
- Later on MC catches them on the act
- yada yada
- Ending: Months has passed since the NTR thing and the start of the scene was FMC is with the Netori guy in his room seeing him off to go to work. FMC has still fleeting feelings towards MC and that the MC has turned a blind eye towards everything that happened. She knew she ruined everything and just jumped at the feeling because it's something "new", something she never experienced (having that kind of sex with Netori guy). She misses the old life of "Kindness and Peaceful". They haven't got back together after all of it.
In other words, she really regretted everything and cried alone on the apartment where the MC and FMC used to lived.

Not a 100% accurate summary but this will do to save people from trying it.

Err that's the thing. The first time he caught them having sex, the MC forgave her [once] and wanted to start all over again. But 2 years later she's still doing it, because again, horny bitches be bitches. But to be fair she was thinking about the MC all the time even with sex scenes (even just a minor portion of it) but was overwhelmed by the pleasure, in a nut shell it's like (Lust > Logic). She knows what she's doing is bad, but she couldn't help herself with her lust.

Also on the end POV of the MC: it seem like Netori dude is sending him DVD's about their (sexual) relationship. And there he still cares for FMC, even if it's just a small connection to her it was fine by him. Though he broke down in tears and all, and plays the DVD recording again. She would also come home with traces of their sexual activity.

The loop is: When MC is at work FMC comes in apartment and cleans and cooks something for him. FMC leaves appartment and goes to Netori guys apartment and stays there. MC also notes that it's rare to see FMC in person nowadays.

So... Both are in despair I guess? FMC doesn't know her feelings (in terms of solidity) and MC clinging onto something even if he broke down.
No happy ends here yet again.

The comments above are partially right and partially wrong, for the first time viewers who play the game and watch solely from MC Yuki's point of view, after Yuki caught his wife Iori and Ryo having sex for the first time, he forgave Iori and wanted to reconcile which Iori accepted, their happily married life continued for over a year however unexpectedly Iori started commiting adultery again and this time she wanted to divorce Yuki in order to be with Ryo, even brazenly have sex with each other right in front of Yuki in order prove their love, despite so Yuki broke down crying in despair refusing to accept a divorce as he desparately pleading Iori he truly loved her and could no longer live without her shocking both Ryo and Iori herself by the hopelessly tremendous extends of Yuki's love for Iori, thus Ryo opted to simply leave with Iori without needing to divorce. Iori also decicded to at least visit Yuki's apartment everyday to clean his apartment and cooked for him while Yuki is at work which Ryo reluctantly allowed. Ryo also had Iori delivered to Yuki a sex video dvd showing him having intense sex with Iori to show off their closeness. In addition to the DVD, at times Yuki came back to his home to find obivious traces of intense and passionate sexual activity which is Ryo and Iori specially came visited Yuki's apartment simply to have sex with each other, purposely leave those evidence of their adulterous lovemaking behind to break Yuki emotionally which is practically meaningless as his heart was already completely broken when Iori had sex with Ryo right in front of him and leave him behind to cohabit with Ryo. Ryo originally started an affair out a fling, he had genuinely fall in love with Iori as he could not stop thinking about her. When Ryo confessed his love for Iori, she felt an intense passionate emotion and hot excitement which she had never experience before due to being pampered by kind, protective parents and attending an all girls school having no interaction with other men aside from her husband, they continued to secretly met each other, contact each other and have extremely intense and passionate sex with each other, Ryo's love for Iori grew stronger as he started hoping to officialy be with Iori as a married couple. Surprisingly even during her sexual trysts, Iori was still strongly thinking about her husband Yuki all the time, which is not surprising as Yuki is a really wonderful husband who always treated her with immense kindness and always considerate of her, and was so kind to the point not only did he easily forgave her adultery without punishing her for it, he started cherishing her even more, treating her even more kindly and being more caring and considerate of her, an exceptionally rare case for a Netorare victim, Iori also felt strong and sharp guilt from continuing to betrayed him but was overwhelmed by sexual pleasure. Iori then recalled the moment Yuki broke down crying which she already realized she had completely destroyed her husband emotionally, ruining his life forever, yet she still chose to abandoned him to selfishly pursued her own feelings of love for Ryo.
Then as she thought back, she found it suspicious to called it feelings of love as she was just being drawn only by an intensely hot and passionate exciting emotion she had felt for the first time rather than romantic love. For the sake of that hot passionate emotion, she abandoned the six years long happy marriage that she had until now, completely betrayed her husband who had always dearly cherished her. Like a child, like an animal, she simply jumped at an temporary exciting emotion she never experienced before. Then she thought back to her feelings for Ryo, while she does indeed like him as a person who taught her things she never knew including the extremely intense and passionate sex that she had been enjoying with him and as a person who generously gave her, however that's all there is to it, in other words, she at most like him as a Sex Friend rather than love him as a True Lover whom she genuinely wished to spend the rest of her life with. While she dutifully continued to attend to Yuki's daily needs, cleaning his apartment and cooking dinner for him, she is aware it is all meaningless to Yuki as she is no longer personally by his side to give him her love and care that he truly wants. Iori called herself trash for everything she had done, as she thought of the irreversible damage she had done to her own happy marriage and most of all the immense, permanent emotional pain she carelessly inflicted on her husband Yuki whom she finally realize she still dearly love after months of marital separation, Iori broke down crying with unbearable regret and remorse alone in his apartment, tearfully apologized to Yuki over and over again.

This visual novel true ending is a bitter sweet tragedy, completely bitter from Yuki's viewpoint yet slightly sweet to the audience with the knowledge of Iori's true feelings from Iori's viewpoint that despite her continuous adultery, she still love her husband the MC Yuki. All the love and kindness Yuki showed Iori wasn't entirely in vain. The Netori guy Ryo had Iori's body but not her heart. Unfortunately, Yuki himself would never know that his wife still dearly love him as neither could bring themselves to confide their thoughts in each other.
