This has actually been out for about two years, and is supposedly only like the first part of the game. He's been working on the third chapter for two years on fantia. There's a ton of artwork of it, but the game is like over a year overdue.

I actually finally unsubbed a few months ago because it seems like he's intentionally milking people for part 3 now, and he aggressively deletes any comments asking for even an ETA.
