For anyone who is curious, and from someone who tried to piece together the plot after going thru the game (With mistakes, I'm sure):

-Saki is the twin sister that wears the leather jacket and her visual giveaway to tell her apart: Her ponytail and earrings. She divorced and is promiscuous. Is a selfish person who is willing to follow her desires, without a care of the damage it causes. Uses sleeping pills on Shino, to impersonate her in clothes, hairstyle, and personality. Then tries to trick the MC to sleep with her so she can get pregnant.

-Shino is the untied long haired twin sister, who is married to the MC. She is nicer and more pure minded than her sister. She is loyal to the MC with the only deal breaker being infidelity.

Before I tried the game, I could not figure out which sister was who based off the CGs alone. After playing the game, I can say that almost every single CG is basically Saki. Saki will change her look to copy her sister, and when she does you won't be able to see her earrings for a tell, unless she reveals herself. Shino only has 2-3 unique CGs; There are certain CG scenes where it could be either sister depending on the choices. If the CG has a sister in ponytail with earrings, it's always Saki. But if it's a sister with long hair, it could be either sister. Shino is more shy in her scenes, while Saki is aggressive and openly shows more joy.

The basic gist of the plot is that during the beginning, the MC mistakenly sleeps with Saki one night, when she impersonated Shino and tricks him. His wife is trying to get pregnant with him and is happy with him. The twin sister, Saki, is unhappy in life and envious of her sister's life. She turns on to the idea that she's attracted to the MC during her shower scene. There's a couple of choices that determine some endings, most that split from starting from whether or not the MC sends a text to his wife to tell her to send away her sister who likes to visit their home and intrude. If you don't carelessly warn the wife, you have a chance at the good end with the wife. If you send the warning text, Saki will catch it and be pissed off, and goes harder to pursue her destructive fancy for the MC.

The main good ending is when you're wised up and careful of Saki switching, then she finally gives up and admits defeat. The MC has a child with Shino and they're happy together. Any accidental infidelity is left unknown to Shino. Saki lets go any bad will and is happy for the two, though a bit sad.

The other "good" ending is if you aggressively answer to Saki's advances and become molded to be more aggressive/dominating to her. By then, you inadvertently become the type of person she is truly attracted to. Saki's only actual Ending, has her pregnant with MC where is fully fallen for him. But the catch is that it's a mostly a relationship of physical compatibility, where he can match Saki's appetite and she is lovestruck from the MC's libido and strength. Shino is broken from this turn of events and becomes secluded in her parent's home.

For the bad endings, there's a few early ones where Shino finds out and divorces. Usually Saki will quickly drop you too in almost every other bad end when she finds out she was just chasing a fancy. There's one "normal" end where Saki makes you paranoid from her impersonation act, and she loses interest in you. Shino is still loyal to you despite the MC not being able to get her pregnant as he has to deal with recovering from the mental trauma.

Finally, the worse bad end is actually the threesome scene with the two sisters. It's a daydream the MC has, after he has gotten both of them pregnant IRL. But in that end, both sister decide to leave him. For Shino, naturally it was a dealbreaker for her. The drama pushes Saki to realizing it's not worth the trouble to keep their relationship. The MC is broken from the events and gets a fetish for threesome with pregnant sisters, that he can't actually do in reality. He escapes in daydreams, as his future is bleak; A storm coming from the fallout of the divorce/family issues and then he has to deal with the financial burden of paying support for the two eventually.

Wow put twins in the story but have it you can only have one morality tale. Glad I did not play it.

And of course the fascination for most with twins is when they decide to be identical as possible as some do in real life and share you.
