Nope, not sure where you got these PNGs from but my gallery has JPG files ripped directly from the game and they're pretty much the same in terms of quality.
I guess you've just converted these pictures from the game into PNGs and then claimed that they're definitely better, right?

That's wishful thinking. I converted a BMP source rip. Like any gallery I upload that's replacing a JPEG upload I compared the artifact level of the original gallery before publishing. Yours has compression artifacts that aren't in mine. If you really want I'd be happy to make a side by side zoomed in comparison image of what I'm talking about.
