The story of this VN is about the protagonist's wife (Asuka) getting amnesia because of an accident, and the protagonist (Takahiro) trying to regain her old memory back. Asuka feels that Takahiro forcing her to regain her memory back as soon as possible, and she thinks that Takahiro only loved her past self and not her current self. Nakagawa, Asuka's boss in her part-time job at the bookstore, takes this opportunity to "steal" Asuka from Takahiro.

This VN has three endings:

1. Asuka missing and at the same time, Nakagawa closes his shop and moves to another place.
2. Takahiro knows about Asuka's affair with Nakagawa, and he blames himself for being a bad husband.
3. Takahiro knows about Asuka's affair with Nakagawa, and he masturbates while watching them having sex.

Now, maybe you think that this VN only has bad endings.

But No.

After you play all the endings, you can play the story from Asuka's perspective, and after that, you can play the epilogue.

The epilogue is the continuation of Ending 3. Like any other NTR VNs, Asuka and Nakagawa humiliate Takahiro by having sex in front of him. After they have sex, Takahiro is trying to kill Nakagawa. Both Nakagawa and Asuka run away from Takahiro. Luckily, both of them have an accident. Nakagawa died. Asuka regains her old memory back. Takahiro and Asuka being together again. We get to see them having passionate sex. The last scene shows that while Asuka is in her sleep, she said to Takahiro to "Love her current self, not her past self", which is actually the source of their relationship problem. After hearing what she said, Takahiro remembers Nakagawa. He said to himself that he will love the current Asuka but at the same time, he has a doubt whether Asuka remembers her Affair with Nakagawa or not. Asuka confirmed that she has no memories of what was happening when she was in amnesia but Takahiro still has a fear about it. The epilogue ends.

This VN is one of the few NTR VN from Atelier Sakura that has a good ending as the true ending. Yes, I believe that the epilogue is the real true ending. Like any other NTR VN, their main problem is the lack of communication. Asuka never got blackmailed by Nakagawa. She is having an affair by herself. Of course, Nakagawa manipulates her first. In fact, Nakagawa was trying to rape Asuka before she got into an accident. She's got an accident because she was trying to run away from Nakagawa. Nakagawa confesses himself to Asuka about it while she was in an amnesia state. Like any other NTR story, she's already corrupted so she still falls in love with him, her rapist, because he's the only person who said: "loves her current self, not her past self." I'm glad in the end Takahiro knows about this problem and he promises to himself to never let her go. For the last part, I'm pretty sure that Asuka is genuinely has no memories about her affair with Nakagawa, and Takahiro is just being delusional. If she's still remember about her affair with Nakagawa, there is no way that she want to have sex with Takahiro, let alone being together with him again. My interpretation is that Asuka is just want to be loved by Takahiro for the way she is, and that word just goes into her subconscious.
