@CountPacula The reason for why is probably because their in laws. If you have a step brother or sister then your siblings by law. If you marry a woman who has a sibling then they are your sibling by law. The law considers it incest to have sex with someone who is your sibling by only law. I personally find it pretty stupid though to consider it incest since their is no blood relation therefore no real bond to be broken, or taboo to commit.
