You forgot to mention they put the content behind pay walls (such s http://www.mikocon.com) to force people to buy membership .
What's Deathstike is doing is simply sharing whats added to net !
Ripping a game CG or Scanning a manga DOES NOT make it yours. Once its uploaded to net, everyone is free to share it and you have no control over it !
If you are unhappy about other sharing the CGs, then don't upload it to net in the first place !
