Definitely something for a fan of oversized breasts. This doujinshi stars what appears to be an adult Mikuru, who has grown quite considerably, and Kyon. Apart from the gigantic breasts, the drawing style is about average as there are some discrepancies amongst the characters. There is no true story behind this; basically, Mikuru really likes Kyon and they get it on in a classroom. Overall, this type of doujinshi is really only for those who truly can't get enough humongous breasts as this is all that it truly delivers.

Those are the two words that popped into my head while 'reading' this doujin. Guy walks into room, and there's this woman with large BOOBS standing there. She "assaults" him quite quickly and they get it on in. The reason I said surprise...because I'm sure plenty of people have randomly wanted to walk into a supposedly empty room and get free, amazing sex. It'd be quite the surprise!

Oneesan Mikuru makes an appearance in this Tetrodoxin work, doing pretty much exactly what you would expect- leading a poor, clueless Kyon through the process of fucking her silly. In this particular case, her off-the-scale rack is actually pretty character-standard, although still significantly enhanced from the original. He manages to make Mikuru even more overtly sexual in this- perhaps it's the lipstick, perhaps something else- but whatever it is, she's drawn absolutely beautifully and has cleavage and nipples to die for.

The sex doesn't disappoint, either, and though it's on the short side overall, he manages to pack plenty of action (blowjob, paizuri, a couple different positions) into things before wrapping up. There's even some token "forbidden information" moe at the end, which is sort of amusing.
