Story:
Apart from the novel in the end, not much story is present - though this is a hentai doujin so it is not made for that purpose, but in itself it is not bad, at least the story blends in with the original quite right (not as it could happen, but at least there are no absolutly impossible things in it either).

The prologue is a few-page funny scene with (Honda) Tohru and (Sohma) Kyo having a bit of love-time together on the school's roof - to be caught by her friends (Uotani) Arisa and (Hanajima) Saki.
The main story starts with Kyo watching Tohru putting out clothes to dry - and then him being turned on from seeing her panties as she leans forward...they have sex, then Tohru continues her work - this part ends with a bit of funny talk.
Next we see the Sohma estate, where Tohru has some business to take care of with (Sohma) Akito. Just after she comes out she meets Kyo and they romantically start kissing and making love. They are caught by (Sohma) Kagura whom chases Kyo into the woods where (apart from having sex) they discuss their relationship, even some memories resurface. Meanwhile (Sohma) Yuki has some time together with Tohru - but then Kyo returns.
This is practically the end, with a picture from the original story, Kyo lying as a cat on Tohru's lap, after his main transformation.
Though this is not quite true! There comes a little novel with a few illustrations, so if you are interested, you can read it. I won't translate it for you (it would take too much space, and I can't understand it yet either...).

Art:
The art is somewhere around the middle. Though the prologue is colored, it is not much better than the other parts, and I can only say that it could have been much better. Well, still enjoyable. The characters do look similar to their originals (and the original artworks wasn't that good either - though this is only my opinion) so it's alright.

Sexuality:
Just as the one in the prologue, all the scenes are about simple, straight sex (not as it is a problem or anything). Tohru and Kyo have a little fun on the rooftop at school, though ends just as fast as it started.
The second one starts with Kyo turned on by the sight of Tohru's panties, he practically explodes with lust towards her but soon the whole thing turns from pure sex to making love (I mean the whole things become a bit more romantic). Apart from some silly jokes, this is simple, straight sex.
In the next one Akito has his way with Tohru - though her hands are tied together this is a straight scene again. It has a bit of forced feeling as Tohru doesn't look like someone who feels too good about it but in the end she does smile...
The fourth scene comes right after this one, she comes out to the veranda where she meets Kyo - and has sex with him too.
They are seen by Kagura, then she chases Kyo out into the woods - where they have sex as soon as he turns back. It is straight sex, just like all the other scenes, and they seem to be on really good terms... looks like she forgave him. There are some pictures that are not present time, some memories, and as rain starts and they finish, in a "meanwhile" style we see Tohru and Yuki having sex - on the veranda (well, I bet they are not cold), only for a few pics though.
Then we can see a few pics about Tohru in various situations as illustrations to the texts.

Overall:
There is plenty of sexuality in this one - a bit more story could have been better. The art is not the best either. This is the "not-bad-but-seen-better" type of doujin. Still enjoyable, and if you like Fruits Basket you won't have too much problem with this one - especially if you understand japanese.
