Hot Tails volume 3 is a two-part story, called Kanomi Strikes. The main character Kanomi featured in the first two volumes, and characters from the other stories in those volumes also make appearances herein. SPOILERS for the first volumes may therefore be found in this review.

The plot focuses around Kanomi, Dr Shiraki (the school doctor from volume 1) and the "Doctor's Office Club" - the boys and girls who have sex with the doctor and each other. Masami from volume 2 and the twins from volume 1 are also members of the club.

It's been a month since Kanomi was introduced to sex by the doctor. however, it seems that she's lost control of her libido, and finds herself masturbating in class - not perhaps the wisest course of action when you're trying to conceal your hermaphroditism.

One of Kanomi's classmates, Hiromi, spots her fingering herself and threatens to tell on her unless she comes with her to a secluded spot. Hiromi tries to seduce Kanomi, but it seems she wasn't prepared for a cock! By this time Kanomi is worked up herself, so she takes the lead and fucks Hiromi up against the school wall.

But the twins are looking for Hiromi, and don't want her to get Kanomi all to herself until they've had their share. And before Kanomi knows what's going on all the "Doctor's Office Club" is present, and the whole thing is degenerating into an orgy...

That evening, Mika (twin #1) and the Doctor discuss how to bring Kanomi back into the fold while having strap-on sex.

Part two opens with Kanomi trying to stay on the wagon, adn the club tring to seduce her. When she's sent to the library, she finds Hiromi and one of the twins fucking and inviting her to join in - when she flees, amusingly they stop and blame each other for her departure - "You're just not sexy enough!"

Kanomi finds a vibrator in her locker and is accosted by two of the guys on the way home - one trying a ladykiller pickup line, the other just trying to grope her. Both are unceremoniously spurned.

That evening Kanomi stops herself from masturbating, and then starts to hear a voice. It's coming from her cock?! The whole "talking penis" thing is a little sillier than I prefer, but otherwise a good entry in the series, which does, after all, have a reputation for blending the erotic and the psychedelic.
