For anybody who is looking at this all confused, seeing a variety of different styles, and/or easily recognizing artists he knows by name:
Phillip-the-2 does very little art on his own. What he does most of the time is commission people to create black and white pictures, which he then colors and puts his logo on.
This gallery features original art from Jab, Roger Bacon, Gagala, Alex Hiro and many other artists.

So basically, he does coloring and then claims entire credit for the work?

If you're feeling generous, you can see it much like car art.
One purchases a car (as Phillip commissions a b&w image) then one applies a paint job to the vehicle (Phillip colours the image).
Some car paint jobs can result in extremely detailed art murals. In the cases of such, one rarely claims they created the car, yet they are accredited for it's... what's a word to use here? Rebirth? Renewal?

Yes it's a hell of a reach.
However, if one has seen many of the colour jobs done on doujins and such, one has to admit that it takes a certain amount of skill on its own.
In some of these images I'm seeing highlights, shading and backgrounds. These are typically not things included in a b&w commission.

Not only that, but he earns money from it on his own Patreon.
Not surprised how he has been mentioned on encyclopedia dramatica. :P
Also, 253 isn't by him.

Ah, Philip-the-2...
The infamous cunt who's just doing a shit-job at editing someone else's art and earn some $$ while doing so.
Doesn't surprise me how he supports the two plagiarists Gaspont and Gagala.

True, it does take a certain level of skill, but his color jobs are usually of lower quality than the ones done by people he commissions. It's not that he's exceptionally talented and people want to do collabs with him, but rather he specifically requests pictures to be uncolored just so he can leave his mark and "legally" claim credit.
Truth is, his biggest contribution is the money. He is an investor, without his cash, the pictures would not have happened, but he also does his best to rip as much profit from them as possible. Phillip is the EA of rule34.

Also, I just noticed that several pictures in this gallery - 105, 112-114, 194, 358 - are completely uncolored, yet stamped with his logo anyway.

@Teddybot
What ED article mentions him? I can't find anything.

I'm looking at a lot of images here and I see a lot of artist signatures. Can't speak if any sigs have been removed but my impression is if the artist didn't sign their work that's their issue. Particularly if it was a commission.
Speaking as a cosplay photog, when I get an image back from a digital painter it has their logo unless they charge for it to be removed. Advertising and all.
The charging-viewers-for-colouring seems shady and weird. I'm just not trained to think that one logo equals a soup-to-nuts artist. People collaborate.

Thanks for sharing this fine compilation. The artists represented here are some of my favorites. BTW: Pg. 01 appears to be Erin Esurance (sans pink hair) former Esurance company mascot. She was just too hot for the insurance biz. I, however, loved her TV spots.
