Brodon's explanation made some sense, if it was a hypnotism thing, which might explain why it seems disjointed. Larequirem's explanation seems to... agree with it, basically, though the wording order is different.

intervigilium's explanation also made sense until the mother was mentioned, after which the mother is included in some later comments. Is this based on the raw? It seemed like there were just the two siblings in this chapter.

A0_'s explanation also seems legit until that last point, I'm not sure where her being worried about upsetting her sister shows up. It's possible I missed something.

There was not hypnotising. Simple Younger Sister is Keiko, older - Teacher with a mole.
