That seems like a simple question, but you'll be surprised the answer can varied widely. Each person has their own reason as well as limit. Some might get turned on by the humiliating factor, this type can be found in scat as torture or combined with rape or BDSM. Some might get turned on by the dirty/kinky part (scat can be applied in consensual sex too). There's also those who get turned on by the act alone, no sex involved. It's like voyeurism, IMO if you like watching a girl peeing, you're already on the borderline of this category (normal people see peeing gross, even when sex involved).
