It's weird. If the me from three or so years ago saw this, I would be like "man, this is corny as hell, what's with all the expressions and the writing?"
But the me of the now looks at it and goes "the artist is clearly enjoying making this, and the fun they're having with it is contagious."

Now this is starting to look like a setup between Greninja and their trainer.

Male canids have a bulbus glandis at the base of their penises.[1][2][3][4] The penis sometimes emerges from the penile sheath during sexual arousal.[5][6] During coitus the bulbus glandis swells up and results in a 'tie' (the male and female dogs being tied together). Muscles in the vagina of the female assist the retention by contracting.[citation needed]

When the male achieves penetration, he will usually hold the female tighter and thrust deeply. After reading this people should understand how the bulb often referred to as a "knot" works. Personally I think the fictional knots are better considering canids achieve erection and the knot swells after penetration. Now everyone can understand how a canine penis functions or at least begin to understand.
