I don't really think this is political, so much as meta-political. It's making a statement about politics itself rather than a statement that is political itself. In this case, the statement appears to be that no matter what form of government you set up, the people who benefit and control said system are going to screw over those who are opposed and at odds with said system. This is represented by having futanaris of the "ruling parties" of these systems literally screwing twink representatives of the "persecuted parties." It works because it is well drawn and the characters are hot. Most people who browse this site are also cynical enough to at least somewhat agree with the larger message. We need more political cartoons like this, and less like whatever abominations you find on actual newspapers and political websites. Seriously, how can one genre be so universally shitty?
