It might have worked on one person, but that doesn't guarantee anything. The drug would still require much more testing before it would become approved. One instance where it worked and then the person it was used on was gang raped wouldn't exactly look good either. The father may become filthy rich and all, but the son and all of his friends would already be in jail at that point and with all likelihood the genderbent cunt could sue the father for allowing his son to take it and use it on him/her and as a result would most likely win that case. In other words, the genderbent cunt would not only make it out with having all his aggressors in jail for a long time, but (s)he would also walk away with a massive sum of money (most likely a cut of profits that the drug made).

Hey, look at it this way. In the sequel you can have it go two ways: the boy and his friends each sneak in a vial each themselves. They either drink it themselves planning to seduce their way out, and end up failing and becoming the jail's sex toys. Or they drug the prison guards/ prisoners and becoming kings of the prison. The last pages could be fr the perspective of a new prisoner being forced to take the drug and watching his body change. It leaves a lot for development :P You could also expand on the side effects of using an untested drug, either causing the person to grow horns and large breasts that leak milk constantly, or having a ranma-esque transformation when fulfilling certain conditions.
