After several month I think I finally figure it out, it could be a story of destroying one's own life, rather than religious/political or any thing in between:

Before everything, if you check carefully, no matter how gory K. Jati's comic was, they were 80% of the time about family relationship. So:

i) The whole comic was about self-destruction; page #9 actually suggests the woman in blonde might quite possible be the protagonist/antagonist herself, after all;
ii) Chapter 1 begins with something routine and suddenly take a 180 turn into a harem in Chapter 2 - that contrast was strong and suspicious enough;
iii) The protagonist herself (the blonde) and the group played too over the border, hence:
iv) In pursuing a radical style of life, they brought destruction upon their own families and lives - she might have not killed her own child and husband quite literally, but that was a strong metaphor indicating she have lost them all. The proof is again, page #9 of this chapter, when she saw how happy she and her children was back in the day, she bursted into tears and regretted everything she and her husband has ever done;
v) That said, the killing scene was purely imagination born out of self-doctrined PTSD (dunno if that term exists, hehe), to project a deep despair, disgust and hatred towards herself;
vi) The button. If there was ever a chance of going back to the past to revert any harm and bad choices you've done, it simply isn't there at all.

Thus, the message is clear, JUST DON'T FUCK YOUR LIFE UP - life is a dystopic maze that's hard to start over.

PS: It suddenly came to me that the boxes might be mailed by her husband and children to express despise and hatred towards her from the beginning!
