Alright so anyone who thinks this is going to end on a "good ending" all I will say is, go and look into the past author's work on ntr.

This has been going on for at least 11 chapters (check laest release of comic the author is featured in), or rather soon 1 volume, with _NO_ character development between the futa and the cuck, I'm not going to say it can't happen, but given the prologue (which is just a clueless boy about risa's being exploited), the past work endings, the "cuck" never gets his girl back.

Most likely, the guy is either going to move on by becoming disgusted with how self-loathing Risa is or simply because Risa fades away as she spends more time "pleasing others".

But who knows, for all we know he could go rambo in chapter 12.

No I feel you, it also probably doesn't help that a good portion of the people you're talking about also don't know why they're so upset they have to comment.
I can only hypothesize many of these commenters have gone through some intense feelings reading this.
Like myself, I ended up reading all the way through and having an intense, almost violent, emotional reaction.
I accidentally sympathized with the wrong person and I instinctively had the urge to change the story, to get them the help they needed.
Obviously we can't do that as readers, and when some of us want to change a tradegy so badly, we try satisfy some of our goal, and thinking something like "Fuck the author then! He shouldn't make people have this fetish too!!" Or "The protags are weak little shits! They deserve it for being so stupid."

People DON'T want particular shit SO BADLY in their lives that they at least have to feel like they've said something or done something against it (to prevent or resist it from happening anymore)

If you're upset about this then simply don't read it. I've seen it pop up here and there, personally I feel the internal logic of the main characters is just so dumb (yes even for hentai porn) that I can't get into it, even in a fantasy way. Sannyuutei Shinta wants to drag these characters through shit because that's what they like doing, it's their style and some people love it. Don't expect a happy ending here, it's not made for western audiences and frankly the people who actually buy this artist's stuff don't expect or want it to have a happy ending.
