The Spanish in the title is part of the lore: Roberta (the woman getting fucked) is Colombian, and in Black Lagoon story arcs with Roberta and Garcia had Spanish thrown in the titles for whatever reason. It translates roughly to "A wet hunting dog", my guess is they meant "a wet bloodhound" (Roberta's title is "The bloodhound of Florencia" in reference to her being vicious and relentless).
