You'll need several mods to open these characters properly(for example for the leopard girl you'll need to apply the leopard skin separately with skintextmod) but here you go:

Okay, you are right. The files no longer work once downloaded. That's odd. Maybe uploading them to imgur corrupts them or something. I'm assuming the same would happen to the scene files if I tried that.

I could .rar them and upload that but I dunno how I would do that.

You could archive both scenes and characters files with rar and upload the resulting archive on something like google drive or MEGA and then share the link. Also ,if you still have them, the characters and scenes from the previous part 1 would be nice :D

I just discovered the game recently and the possibilities seem endless.

I was wondering if you would be willing to put together a custom character card featuring Gadget from Rescue Rangers. After I saw the following from you, I had to ask!!!

I'm pretty much just thinking of additions to the character you made linked above with the addition of her Purple outfit and the goggles / ears / tail. Otherwise the body type is perfect as-is!!!

I've never gotten in touch with anyone regarding anything like this, let alone a complete stranger....so I have no idea how this typically works. I don't know if it would be considered a commission request with a fee attached, or if the Honey Select / Playhome / Playclub community simply create and share these out of love for the game.

Please get back to me when you get a chance. I'd love to work something out one way or another. Hope to hear from ya!
