No, then it should be tagged misc:body swap (for a cross-gendered swap; female:body swap or male:body swap for a swap between members of the same gender). Gender bender is a separate tag entirely and should not be tagged in cases of body swap, even if they are swapping genders as a result. Even though idiots tag it anyway.
