Not certain from who's perspective the story is told from, but at the end there is an older brother who is mentioned in a distant tense, meaning the narrarator doesn't have a good relationship. If this is anything like the past works, he's going to be a callous playboy who will toy with Yuina while the mc remains oblivious...

Summary:
Tecchan is dating his girlfriend Yuina. He goes to college and she works as a physical therapist at a physical rehabilitation center.
In the past, she rejected him because she thought of him as her little brother, and I guess they were distant with each other afterwards for obvious reasons. That gave him motivation to try to grow up faster so he could stand on equal ground with her. After meeting again he still liked her and she accepted his feelings in return.

When they first had sex he realized she already had experience doing this. He's mad as fuck that someone got to the finish line before him (That's where the track motif shows up ((There was also a line where he said something to the tune of "I finally crossed the line with Yuina")). He keeps asking asking himself who she was with before him while having sex (insecurity is a necessity in these stories) with her. On the last page he says "Was it my big brother? Did he and Yuina...?"

Judging by the tone I genuinely think this will turn into a happy ending
