It was only Wilfriback that said she's below 25. One single person. No one has even voted that single person up as of yet for that to count toward these "guys" by some technicality either.
Yeah, she should be over 30 at least (true age unknown). But her appearance is of someone in her 20s, so she doesn't count for the milf tag for that reason.

And even if someday it does turn out that she is related to Shidou in some way (which, until that point comes, no form of the incest tag applies [that said, any "hints and speculation" is based on basically nothing]), "female:incest" is just stupid. That tag refers to two females committing incest together (i.e. sisters, mother-daughter, aunt-niece, etc).

Yes, Reine and Mio are one in the same, with the latter being an Alter Ego she seems to use to watch him through Ratatoskr without suspicion. She isn't actually Shido's mother though, that's a bit of a misunderstanding people are making.

At least, she's not his "biological" mother, but more like a surrogate, since she's not considered Mana's mother yet both Shido and Mana are indeed biological siblings. I'd say more, but... spoilers.
