Maybe I'm overthinking this, but Yuuki's hand can't be an iipeikou tsumo, even if she did not properly sort her tiles. That or I'm blind.
We see 4 pairs here (from left to right, ryanpin toitsu, uuwan toitsu, chiiwan toitsu and ryansou toitsu) meaning it can only be a chiitoitsu, as even if the remaining tiles formed an iipeikou, that would still be a chiitoitsu (iipeikou requires 2 shuntsu, koutsu or kantsu and 1 toitsu in the hand in addition to the yaku itself which is made of 2 shuntsu, see below).

Chiitoitsu is one of the two mahjong exceptions that do not involve 4 shuntsu/koutsu/kantsu + 1 toitsu and requires 7 toitsu (pairs) instead, while iipeikou is interpreted as two shuntsu (sequences) rather than three pairs, and ryanpeikou as two sets of identical sequences rather than six pairs, making all three mutually exclusive (ryanpeikou already includes iipeikou and iipeikou is incompatible with chiitoitsu since they are different hands by design; ryanpeikou also is incompatible with chiitoitsu by transitivity - even though the latter looks like seven pairs).

Not exactly a big deal but makes you laugh when you pay more attention to this than the yuri... Mahjong does odd things to your brain. (There was no score involved anyway!)

Something low quality, without considering that most Doujins would never have been put in the first place because people are busier uploading different versions and translations of the same bad Doujins over and over again

Uh no. Let me correct you on that. He just rips it off from doujinantena. So the argument "I rather have it uploaded than not uploaded at all" doesn't really apply to LWND since it has already been uploaded at doujinantena before anywhere else and therefore no money goes towards any store.

I personally wouldn't mind him uploading doujins with low quality as long as he was the one who supported the author. If this were the case, then he could do what ever the hell he wanted with his scans and I wouldn't give a damn.

Also from some of his uploader's comments from his other galleries. From how I read it, he makes it sound like he was the one who scanned it and taking credit for it. I can't say for sure if that's what his intentions were since there is a language barrier, but if that were the case then it's really low of him to do so. Which comes down to a couple of questions

1.) Why don't you like LWND?
Some may be using their own money(Me for example) to upload their scans for others while this guy doesn't spend a penny? For me as a scanner, feels like I'm not supported.

2.) Why don't you just upload a better scan?
What's the point if it's already acceptable to a majority of the users here anyways? Just a waste of time.

But that's my opinion. If admins don't give a shit about quality of their site it's their decision. No one but them are the only ones who are on the right on this regardless if it's right or wrong. It's THEIR site after all. Which is a shame but what can you do? Lastly, This post isn't meant to start an argument. It's just to inform people how I feel about the situation. You can reply/argue about this post. Down vote it if you will. I don't care. I just want to tell you guys how I see it. I'm not going to argue with anyone if they bring up an argument. Separate opinions for conversations don't really go anywhere.

I think t the Doujins are innocent and should not be hated by anyone raising them indiscriminately

I understand the frustration with money and quality, but I think that the purchase and scan effort should be focused on the really good Doujins and especially those that are really going to be translated
It is sad that someone who invests in a Doujin and this never receives a translation because it is not among the best known authors or popular series of the moment

The real problem here is someone proclaiming things they do not do... Although honestly it hurts more to invest in a doujin that is really bad in the end

It can be an iipeikou if the hand is even slightly strangely sorted. For example, 4433p [22p5577m2s] 22s, drawing 7m to complete the hand. Here the iipeikou is 223344p, which Yuuki put in reverse order for some reason. If you allow for an even more out-of-order hand, an unseen 66m can also make a 556677m iipeikou.
