Possibly because this one has more of the pictures than the previous, which has only 4 of the pics, and this one has 6? Possibly needs a "Ongoing" tag or something?

Because this isn't a duplicate. This has two extra images that the other gallery doesn't, therefore it is more complete. Hate it say it, but this site's kinda cutthroat about that sorta thing. If you don't like it, then upload a gallery that has more pictures than this one. It might seem a little unfair, but that's just the way this site operates.

More content and/or quality = The better gallery. Some people don't care, others are straight up rating whores, you just happen to be victim of the latter. Yes there ought to be more rules and leeway regarding gallery theft, but to expect a site that's been around over a decade that can't even properly tag content in its database to do this is illogical.

You forgot to mention the ones that do it for GP. I used to upload galleries for GP, but I don't really care anymore.

Also life ain't fair. The sooner you get used to that fact. the better off you'll be. For example, is it fair that a little kid under the age of 12 would get beaten by both his parents cause he made a childish mistake that made them angry? With dad it always fist to the top of the head, with mom it was some kinda object. Like that flyswatter with the green plastic head that was square shaped on the bottom and sides and rounded on top, and had a thin metal, double helix shaped rod for a handle that terminated in a loop at the bottom. Lotsa painful swollen welts on the calves.

Or what about having your dick groped by yer mum cause she was "checking to see if your penis was growing" ? Again, still under the age of 12. I hadn't even hit puberty yet when this shit happened. Is that fair?

tl;dr: Life is unfair as shit, and the sooner you learn to deal with it the better, and the more mature you'll be for it. And before you ask, no, I still haven't fully learned how to accept/deal with it. Yet. But I'm a lot better at it than I used to be and get better at it all the time.
