This is just a prediction, but probably she gave back the "treasure" to the original owner (the handkerchief other girl (shizuku) gave protagonist, of course after soaking it in her piss and juices and cum to the point of becoming useless). You can see her put it into the envelope and the other girl leaving on the next panel. Also, she learned from her dog that treasure needs to be hidden away, so she ties down her brother in home so that no one sees him?
