So the girl at the end there is the doctor then, not the Innkeeper? Or did she drain the doctor away to nothing? Still not clear on that point.

At the end of this chapter, the artefact and the old lady went to the hospital using a fake heart attack as excuse.

The artefact use her powers to drain the doctor's male energy and use it on the old lady, which now have around 20 yo.

The woman at the end is the doctor, inside a young female body.
