The art is awesome, but I feel like some of the character matchups just don't work. If anyone was gonna be Hanzo, it should've been Usopp the sniper, not Mihawk the swordsman. Some of the other ones are spot-on, though.

One Piece doesn't exactly have a ton of relevant female characters in it. Most of them are there to just kinda simper and give the main crew plot details about whatever island they're currently visiting.
