My Japanese is still pretty shit but this translation seems pretty bad in both English versions. The bottom right bubble reads "フェラチオしてくれるんですか?" Shouldn't this be something like "where'd you learn how to give a blowjob?" There's probably a better way to word that to convey he's impressed with how good she is at giving head while being rude; that's the reason why she tells him to mind his manners. Asking someone where they got so good at sucking dick is way different from asking someone if they are going to suck you off.

This version translates to it "Are you going to suck me off?" which makes no sense according to the context since she already has his dick in her mouth.

"Are you going to suck me off?" is indeed somewhat awkward and too literal in this context, but your translation is just downright wrong. How did you even get 'learn' from "してくれるんですか"? The line is supposed to convey his surprise at the fact that she's doing it at all, not her skill.

And her line about politeness isn't aimed at his comment, but rather his way of speaking in Japanese (more polite/formal speech 敬語).
