Kind of a running theme in the artist's work. A lot of the time, feminized guys aren't made to look like girls or women, but exaggerated versions that border on comical. It's a sign that they're lesser than the actual women who do this to them. That one sci-fi manga Milda did really shows this off, with an entire ship of guys being emasculated by the boarding women crew by making them broad parodies. There's even a stereotypical Chinese woman design with long fingernails and everything.

My favorite part of these stories is always the permanent make-up that gets applied in a flash and can never be washed off in any way, and this one is even better with its unremovable hair extensions and indestructible accessories.

What is in these ribbons, the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak? If Takashi is so fed up with his job, he can just take up a career as a supervillain and break his way into bank vaults with his invincible hairdo.
