It seems like 90+% blackmail hentai stories follow a very tried-and-true formula, which end up mostly enjoyable, but tend to get a bit boring after awhile. This story breaks out of that typical mold and presents a couple of main characters who turn out to be quite similar in their bent towards perversion, despite coming from two completely different backgrounds; and beyond that, develops the characters enough so that they don't seem like cardboard cutout archetypes. I would have liked to see a followup chapter, with both characters in a loving relationship, but I imagine that given the girl's wealthy background, her marriage to someone else has already been decided. However, that could be another story arc all on its own:

The girl is set up for a series of marriage meetings with the sons of influential families, only to show up all 'distracted' because her semi-boyfriend has attached something to her for stimulation. One by one, the marriage candidates are all put off by her strange behavior--some even considering the rumors spread about her in the school she attends. Finally, her family's patriarch confronts her as the last candidate departs the mansion; it is then after a tense argument that she reveals that she has already pledged herself to another, displaying her lack of undergarments and the stimulation device attached to her thigh. Though the family matriarch tries to console her husband, he is so outraged that his daughter had become this...this vile pervert that he moves to have her disowned. After much drama spanning over a few chapters, the girl finds solace with her would-be boyfriend, whose family openly welcomes her to stay with them. Happily Ever After, what a pipe dream.
