You're translating the "small tsu" wrong. It's not meant to be them actually saying "tsu". If it's before another syllable, then it's going to double the syllable's consonant (いっぷん -> i_p_pun). If it's put at the end of a dialogue/word, especially if there are hyphens before them, it means "continues to say the last syllable's vocal". So what she's really saying in that third page as "Momoko—!" or "Momoko!" or "Momoko~!".

It always jars me when I see it actually translated as "tsu". So much that I stopped my fap session for this.

This is actually the first time I translated っ literally as tsu. I mostly did it because i wanted to "spice up" her dialect, but I guess I screwed up more than making it look nice.
