@NotSwordfish Well as far as finding an occupation post-college I believe they say that liberal arts degrees are actually the most lucrative since with the advancing of technology the STEM fields will be overturned by much cheaper labor by machinery (which ironically the STEM fields are in charge of producing anyways which is a kind of depressing irony) where as liberal arts degrees actually involve many fields that are all but machine-proof. ON THE OTHER HAND I have no room to really talk given that I went to college for neither and instead went to mortuary school to become a mortician and my wife is a nurse at a cardiology hospital meaning neither of us went in either directions, though she does have a bachelors in LA.
