I was thinking about that aswell since they share the same name, but there are no references to that one in this one and she doesn't seem used to the concept of being watched pooping so I'm honestly not sure.

Nice. Have wanted to see this one translated for a while, and the original. Though as you said, it's probably not the same girl, or maybe a reboot like the third Junko book.
