I think it has something to do with the Chinese govt (the girl's a Chinese). While the Japanese govt allows porn but censors genitals, the PRC govt however took a complete anti-porn stance. If taken into account the rapid growth of economy and the low cost of human resources in China, it is not surprising that some girls would choose to make fast money by entering the sex and pornography market. There is a huge income gap within cities, and it is worse between cities and rural areas, due to regional discrimination and education level. When even ppl in cities need to face heated competition for a conventional job with average income (~500USD), it's understandable for some girls to willingly be the play-doll of the rich to get paid for more than that.

Censoring the face helps lowering the risk for a girl to enter this market. And as the risk go low and the profit go high, we will see more ppl enter this market. Which will intensify the competition, and some competitors will eventually show more of her body parts.

The problem is that the industry is neither legal nor safe in the country . In foreign countries, it is not allowed for minors to engage in the sex industry .
