This is clearly a fake digital. Fake because it looks so shit like it was scanned rather than being the original files. Compare the Miito Shido's independent digital releases like Lustful Berry Escalate series and you'll see a massive difference. I don't know why publishers do this. It's like they can be bothered.

Thank you so much for sharing, while I enjoy Miito Shido's works, I really hope he/she would draw some vanilla stories.

At the very least this cover is new and does go to a Zettai Jusei Namehame story. But also the quality in this gallery is abysmal. It's worse than this promo pic I found on twitter.
I'm not sure if they're scans though, they just seem very heavily compressed.
