All of Hooves-Art Patreon Content, i'm sure some or most of the artworks are either public or already exist in the other galleries but there are new ones in this gallery.

I can't upload the gifs because it's huge and E-H only allows 10 MB for a gif.

So i'll upload the animation here, there are currently 2 animations i think, and the last one with audio could be found somewhere around pornhub or other websites.

@Hoove-art, I respect the rights of the creators of content. I believe your best recourse at this point is to click the report gallery link, select dmca from the drop down and fill out all the fields to submit a dmca takedown request. It is sad that this user cannot respect the rights of the creator that you have asserted here.

@notyobiz The best he can do is get put on the DNP (do not post) list for e-hentai. If he didn't make these models or backgrounds then he's not a creator of any kind, and since I have seen many other people use these same models I highly doubt he's the one that made them. Beyond that, a DMCA is about copyright, which Hooves-art DOES NOT OWN. Hasbro owns the copyright to My Little Pony, and thus also his "art." As a "creator" he absolutely has the right to be put on a DNP and if he's under such duress from this gallery existing then he should seek to be placed on such a list. However, pretending that he "owns" anything here is laughable because it falls under the strict American copyright system which goes so far as you include fan fiction. Yes, fan fiction can be DMCA'd by the proper owners of an intellectual property in the US. There was actually a huge warning issued to creators of My Little Pony fics telling them to stop putting disclaimers of "I don't own these characters" at the start of their stories, because Hasbro HAD IN FACT found more than one story and DMCA'd people. The same could happen to Hooves-art tomorrow and his entire Patreon would be found to be illegal and they could sue him for claiming rights to characters he doesn't own and making money off of an IP that's not his. Fan works are only allowed until the owners of the IP come down with a lawyer, and Hooves doesn't own any of what he's posting.

If you want someone to respect your art, then make some.

Playing with and posing SFM dolls that you didn't make, of characters that aren't yours, into poses that are to nebulous to be able to claim all adds up to some pretty shaky grounds.

Oh, and you expect people to pay you? I think we need to have a little talk with Patreon.com about how you're scamming people out of their money, and claiming to be producing something you're not.

@Cryosite He’s creating content that many people like. Whether or not you think it’s legitimate art has nothing to do with this. He credits the model creators and is in no worse legal shape than any other fan artist who is paid by fans for their work.

I understand that, as far as the law is concerned, he can’t really claim ownership of the characters or art depicting them. However, it’s still a dick move to leak the stuff the guy awards to people that support him.

Regardless of who owns the models and rights to the gallery, if it is not the uploader then the uploader cannot delete a gallery so there is no point in asking them to.

If the rights owner wants it removing then they need to do as notyobiz said in an earlier comment and fill in a takedown notice.

In hooves' defense, the patreon is for early access of his works. At the end of the month we all get the content regardless whether or not we're a patron. He has every right to be upset that someone posted the art early. Sadly, there's not much he can do about this legally. There's also the possibility that this could be brought to Hasbro's attention and then they could take down his patreon like blakfayt said. Hooves is a good artist (and I'm not just talking about his 3d stuff - he has a deviant art that has traditional art) and it would be a shame to see him taken down.

@Gaery I highly doubt his entire content is "patreon exclusive", i only thought so because it looked new, but when i checked his derpibooru page, he doesn't seem to mind uploading them here. I can't be ashamed of doing something that isn't damaging his income.
