My first serious attempt to make some comics.

I enjoyed playing TITS (Trials in Tainted Space).
Your comics not that bad, I'd like to see more improvement on the art.

Do not be disheartened. Keep up the great work. - I urge you to compare the garfield comics first months and the last year. His style, and honestly - ability, changed DRASTICALLY.

hrm, while it's nice seeing a text game put to comics like this here's my recommendation:

--Keep at it, don't listen to naysayers, you'll only get better with practice.

--Check out a couple of anatomy books, for people and animal particularly; knowing whats inside things might help with how they look on the outside.
(skeletal structures are important for bony creatures)

--Story flow can be worked on a bit.
By the very nature of the game most decisions are made by the player and not readily available to outside sources, i.e the readers.
When plotting out the chain of events try to make it so its easier to understand, moving the story along too quickly can be fine if done properly.
Loved the drunken stupor bit with Sera, but I found myself re-reading pages in order to follow the story

If you really want to improve, here

1) perspective. know how to put objects (cube, cone, sphere) in 1, 2, and 3 point perspective, shit doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to get you by, you likely aren't looking to get a job doing art in any field where perfect perspective is necessary, so just knowing the basics and able to eyeball it without anything profoundly fucked up will get you far.

2) Get proportions down, sketch a circle for the head, and then mark off the shoulder area, the hip and then down to the feet. do this till you are relatively if not very accurate. add in lines for arms and legs as you get better. proper proportions are the first thing anyone notices as fucked but may not be able to put their fingers on it.

3) the next would be learn the major forms of human muscle anatomy, commit those to memory, and at least know where minor forms are. comic book people, the old good ones, were ably to play with minor forms a lot because no non artist will recognize them, but even non artists can see when major forms are fucked.

4) because of the nature of what you are drawing, look up alphonso dunn he does some inking texture tutorials, you will likely want to learn to do this to some extent.

Beyond this, never get full of yourself, always try new things, and never get complacent as in you are good enough, that's how you start getting worse.
