TL;DR She is an ultra lying whore that cheated her boyfriend with 2 guys.

I will try to explain what I understand. Sayaka is a performer and is dating Masashito, they both are on a project together. In the past, Sayaka was in a long distance relationship with a guy (not named) and this guy betrayed her, so she got frustrated and started hitting hard on her dance teacher, Ashizumi. Ashizumi has a fiancee, but Sayaka throws herself so hard to him (acting like a whore) that he became her lover, so Ashizumi starts betraying her fiancee. At some point, Ashizumi decides to end this relationship (that is full of sex and lust). That's when the MC, Masashito, confesses his love to her and she agrees to be with him (she does not put much thought into this decision). At some point later, her colleague, Matoba (he loves Sayaka), sees Ashizumi trying to touch her (against her will though). This Matoba blackmails her, saying that if she does not goes out with him, he is going to tell Masashito all about her previous relationship with Ashizumi, so she agrees to go out with Matoba and they become sex friends (She decides that is better to betray her boyfriend than to let him know about her bitch past -.-). During the game, she betrays Masashito with Matoba (he was a virgin BTW) and Ashizumi multiple times.

She writes everything about her life in a diary, all the betrayal and her past is written there, so the MC eventually finds out what happened by reading the diary.

The game is kind of sad because the MC is a nice guy and she is an ultra lying whore. In the penultimate ending, the MC discovers everything about her past and goes crazy because he realizes that he is just a substitute for Ashizumi. He then wishes very hard that he would never found out about her past, that he prefers to not know anything. And then you can get the final ending. In the final ending, you got the option to never read the diary and be happy with her by being oblivious about her past and her betrayal. The game makes this final ending very sad (or exciting for the NTR lovers, like me), because when you play the game with the final ending enabled, the player can see a small window next to the text box with Sayaka fucking Matoba or Ashizumi at real-time whenever she was doing this, you can hear her moaning and the box has a little text.

This is my try on a summary, there are some other details in the story, but I think that this is the main stuff.

PS: I have little knowledge of Japanese, much of my play was using a machine translator, so few free to correct mistakes in my interpretation.

This game seems to be more in the line with the Hoka no Otoko original series as it focusses more on MC being tormented by the situation they got in than the new Shin series.
That said I can guess why this game didn't do well in sales. It doesn't help it had to compete with Lune's new game that released around the same time.

I also got stuck multiple times in this game, I will try to explain how the progression works.

The first ending in when you read the diary after the presentation. After this, in the next playthrough, you should have a new option in one of the nights you spend in her house to read her diary before going to bed, and then you get another ending. After the first time you read her diary in her home, you now can read her diary in different nights to get new stories from the diary, so save before reading and then choose to read it in another night. Don't skip through the ending after you finish reading the diary in her home, what happens in each night after you read the diary is very similar, but new information will appear at some points. After you discover who she is betraying you with, you can go to the extras and replay the diary scene with her POV. There is a night that you need to re-read the diary in another playtrough after you get new information of the betrayal, and then her POV in this scene will have new stuff. I don´t remember in what night this is, but it is the diary entry number 4 in the extra. After you read the diaries and watched POVs available (I think you only keep missing the first diary entry at this point), you will get a new option in the beginning of the game to get a new ending an after this ending you get a new option to not read her diary after the presentation (so play everything without reading the diary), and then you get the final ending.

You rock man. You were the only one I could find to help me with this. Even though I ended up grabbing a completed save file (which I feel ruins the experience a bit), I really want to thank you for explaining how it works (and for also summarizing the game for us), since I feel I'll encounter the same problem in future Atelier Sakura games. I hope it'll help others who also end up in the same situation.

I'd like to add to the summary @APepper posted and also curious if I could get more info regarding this.

So like @APepper said, there is an ending where MC finds out about girlfriend's past, but there is also an ending where he discovers her cheating with Matoba (the CG where MC peeks to them having sex) which comes from the last top option in the performance stage before the game ends in second playthrough. Now I can't read JP, but the impression I got was that he ran away afterwards and wouldn't listen to the excuses girlfriend had to say, since in that sex scene with Matoba she goes hard saying how she loves him and so on, even though it was meant to be the last sex they'd have before parting away as she finally stopped being afraid about Matoba's blackmail to expose her slutty past to MC and Matoba agreed on the condition of having one last sex scene or something. So if MC chooses the option to avoid discovering this and all else (basically pick bottom option for everything), he'd still be with Sayaka who decided to finally stop cheating on him (though that probably wouldn't last long I bet as she several times stated that sex with MC doesn't feel good). Correct me if anything is wrong and/or add more to it.

Have to say I got disappointed as someone that was hoping for some kind of netorase content or more than one scene of MC discovering her girlfriend having cheating sex (btw she doesn't think she's cheating when you get any of the endings from reading her diary lol). Instead I got a first playthrough where nothing really happens and I couldn't figure out what was going on until MC discovers girlfriend's diary at the end, in which you have to play it again to discover what was happening to his girlfriend off screen through picking the right choice during nights, since if you miss this like I did the first time, then you just wasted more time unlocking nothing (not the devs fault, but an issue for us that can't read JP). Also the girlfriend has to be the most plain and boring heroine among their recent games as well (if that wasn't obvious from her design itself). I was expecting some kind of change in her, but her character stays the same the entire time apart from when she gets indulged in sex. Also both Ashizumi and Matoba gives up on the heroine rather easily I felt, as her relationship with MC would still be intact if he doesn't discover her cheating on him, and he probably wouldn't mind about her slutty past with Ashizumi either since that was before they were dating, but that's something the heroine should have considered before giving in to the blackmail and cheating while still in a relationship with MC.

That makes sense of this ending of seven to find that Sayaka's diary. I knew the beginning that Matoba could be the culprit of these mess. I don't see any good endings in this game most of are bad endings. Netorare eroge never change. But the image not bad indeed, however erotic. Good thing I did finished the game within only 3 hours only. However tough to clear these unlock the CGs and Sayaka's diary.
