Strangely good!! Page panel really remind me of Yukito Kishiro style (Battle angel alita, Aquaknight) and this possibly something I want to follow around. Wonder if it will goes in the same ways as Joself Konrad's Heart of Darkness did.

A lot of the "police not getting involved" will be explained in later chapters, so I cannot go into details as to why EXACTLY they did not get involved. However, if you read the Prologue again, you will note that in the report, Judy informs the press that the ZPD has already told her that they cannot be responsible for her safety. Why? Keep reading to find out!

Well alright. Still a bit of a logic break moment if you ask me, what with the massive crowd and cameras and all. I feel like Judy should have been a bit shocked no police did anything if nothing else but perhaps that's just in the next scene or two? I dunno, you've got an interesting story, just a bit too much has to be assumed here at the moment due to the lack of finished material. I'm more than willing to wait for more pages of course.

The movie Jack Savage was going to be the main character in was nothing like Zootopia, in fact, it wasn't Zootopia like at all. It would have basically just been like any other anthropomorphic cartoon adventure. When it was originally pitched, the director had planned for sequels in the vein of "Savage Skies", "Savage Seas" and so forth. So yeah, pretty much an rabbit version of James Bond. There are sketches of him with a bit of synopsis in The Art of Zootopia book.

The bad thing here is that in order for this story to reach the absolute apex of the story this comic is projecting is that Nick or Judy must die.

Judy - They do have sex and because of this while they are together Nick lets his guard down and in one moment he will carry forever she is gunned down in his place from outside the room, this will most likely happen just after she defends otterton.

Nick - the trial ends and as they leave the court house a sniper takes one shot nick moving quickly throws himself in front of the bullet and dies protecting her, he says something like snarky or very smart as he holds her cheek and then falls limp and she with tears in her eyes holds him saying Sly Fox.

Naw, there's a third way, that's strictly bitter sweet - Nick is forced to take over the Fox cabal, and Judy, morally, has to oppose him in that role (possibly becoming a leading figure in Burrow politics). All the "I want but can't have" harshness, but with some hope that there can be some change because both leaders want to stand in the same place, together, one more time.

(or less harshly, we can do a "much later" epilogue where the two have brokered that sufficient peace, and, looking older, and more worn, but so sweetly happy to be together again, they hug each other once more)

(and then someone shoots them both, because Kulkum has to twist the knife XD )

I saw film just a week ago. Embarrassing how much I enjoyed it. Don't know how I started getting sucked into all the fanfiction but I've been binging on Zootopia stuff from everywhere. Only took a break to...watch the movie again -_-

@SSSdriver the newest pages seems like Mr Otterton's flashback of the night of the murder that hes explaining to Judy now. If you want a TL;DR of this lemme know and ill edit this with a basic rundown of the story so far. The only main questions so far that I havent found out is who is the Administrator is role wise. Is that a political role higher than a mayor or is there something more to it than that? What is she trying to accomplish? I'm sure more about the Administrator will be revealed over time assuming this story gets completed (unless there's already a completed fan fic written, but I like the visuals of the comic more).

This author is great! Few can ask a question then have the characters give an answer that isn't ham-fisted and allows the story to continue while still keeping the audience engaged. Just when you ask "will they won't they" Nick tells Judy there's something there but it's not the right time. Just when you ask is the Administrator going after Judy they reveal the two as having the same goal, but different ways of getting to it. And even in the relationship reveal between Admin and Nick, which so many guessed, the depth and complexity they give makes it compelling. Even the tired origin story of "my parents are dead so I became Batman" is handled in a way that doesn't make it feel samezy. All in all a great story. I look forward to how it wraps and if I have a barrel of cash show up one day, the first cartoon I make will have this author as creative director!

If looks could kill then the look of disgust (and maybe some jealousy because they haven't had sex yet) on Judy face in page 583 about Nick having sex with vixens would do it, although in his defense he will have the experience and know how to make Judy feel so good (including the ears) it'll drive her crazy as she moans in bliss and beg Nick to fuck her ;)

Maybe artist wants to change things up and show off his new style?
Maybe it is not an epilogue but a new chapter in the story and the artist wants a different art style to emphasis that?
