At first, I was going to have this somewhat rant about that it was going to be Francis since he was featured in the previous comic with Brooke but then I realized that he was featured in this one too but then again knowing how dumb and pointless to have parallel comic with the same character and same premise, it is no surprise that I wouldn't realize that he was in this one too. But still, I am still calling that it is still Francis who is sending those texts because Jay Naylor ALWAYS uses the safe and lazier route when he writes this stuff.
Because like what tilesqual said, wouldn't it be fun and awesome if it were Brooke's roomie whom I just now realize that she doesn't even have a name, I am gonna call her Sandra, who wrote those texts just to troll her so that she could just literally chase her own tail while Sandra would enjoy her own private time with Madeline, the chick from the other version?

Every new page that is updated by Jay Naylor is like watching the comic adaptation of Tommy Wiseau's "The Room" or any of Adam Sandler movies in the past decades. Yeah, I went there. Hell I even wrote this journal about how I feel about the guy and most of his comics titled "The Frank Miller of Furry Porn Comics" in which I coined the term "the Frank Miller syndrome", the condition based on the comic artist and writer Frank Miller who has gotten more and more insane with his writing until he reached his magnum opus insane and most offensive and highly controversal work, "Holy Terror".
The symptoms include displaying a great deal of being conceit and narcissistic, suffering from the Dunning–Kruger effect (the mental state of thinking that the person knows everything when in reality they have little to no knowledge of anything), the refusal to accept any creative or constructional criticism thus thinking that the critics are attacking the patient personally and will get defensive and react in anger by either verbal or most likely physical confrontations while displaying other negative traits including sexism, xenophobia, and extreme paranoia and last but not least, tunnelvision on how the real life actually is around him.

In my opinion, I think the most likely person the unknown texter could be is Audrey. For those who don't know who Audrey is, she's the female canine slurping on her drink. (Page 4 on this comic and Page 5 talking to the professor Anders) Why? Well...

1. In 'Original Life' and the 'Hands On' comic, it's establish that she's a bisexual.
2. On page 495 of 'Original Life', she make the comment "I'd will pound that bare ass like a tent peg" after Trixie (nudist btw) leave which shows that she too share the same butt fetish like Brooke.
3. Lastly, in the Patreon gallery, it is consistently shown that Audrey has a thing for women with big ass.

I could be wrong though but if Jay Naylor wants to go with character consistency which I know have not been the case for some of his other characters (Persia), Audrey will be the best pick.

The only big glaring issue with my theory is I don't know whether Audrey is a her or a he consider 'she' has a penis. And from page 11 of this comic, it was mention that the unknown texter stated 'she' is not a guy. Guess we won't know until Jay makes the big reveal and who knows when will that be.

I actually had to ask my fiancee what she would do if she got a mysterious text message from a stranger in the same way, she would either A: Call the police and give them the location and time so that the stalker could be arrested, B: Report to the security and have the principle the stalker either suspended or expelled, C: Confront the person and tell him/her that she would appreciate if they would actually meet up in person BEFORE sending off text messages if they would exchange numbers, or D: Kick the person in the groin, spray their eyes with pepper spray, tear off their clothes and pour paint on them before scolding at them to stop being so creepy and run away before someone calls the cops.
When she asked me why and I told her about the comic, she then asked me why Brooke is like t hat to begin with and I came up with a good answer: "Most characters in the porno media are dumber than every idiotic characters in horror movies combined."
Brooke is like the front figure of dumb characters in not just Jay Naylor comics but in porn comics in general.

If you look through his comics, there are a great deal of male characters with big ol' guts (including the "thick daddy professor wolf" shown here) that are treated normally, but any female characters more than 10 pounds overweight are mocked or dehumanized (like the roommate shown here). And never ever shown in sexual scenes (with the exception of one page in Puppy Love where the main guy was boning his BBW fiance while fantasizing about a skinny girl that was "far more gifted" and had a "superior demeanor").

The person who walked on her if I'm not mistaken is a hyena, a spotted hyena I'm wagering. Going on the assumption that is a spotted hyena the females ,if I remember correctly, are larger than the male. Three: What the hell is even the point of all this? A silly furry porn comic (or any other porn comic at that) would have at the very least a point to where it wants to go, a certain theme to follow and to explore. But this? Where does Jay Naylor want to go with this? What does he want to tell us? While it can be a good idea to keep any reader guessing, but at least we should be intrigued by it. Naylor fails greatly at this and I could say the same with his other comics but this is like the worse one since atleast they followed a certain pattern. This is like a really bad round of Mad Libs or Whose Line Is It Anyway where they just keep going back and forward of the setting and story.

Four: Can we just stop paying this guy so that he will be forced to actually put some thought and effort into his comics???

I honestly had to read the comic from start to the latest page just to confirm something about our now beloved Cathy.
And yes, it really seems like Naylor did in fact create Cathy as someone that TvTropes likes to call "the Hate Sink" which is and I'm quoting, is a character whose intended role in the story (the role the authors made for him/her) is to be so despicable that the audience wants him or her to fail just as much as they want the heroes to succeed, unquote. Or maybe the "Friend Nobody Likes", "The Scrappy" or "The Zoidberg". Hell, maybe it's little bit of a combination but then it would imply that Naylor actually intended that for Cathy.
Now I don't really mean to diss Naylor's writing (well not as much as I normally do anyway) since I admit that I am not a really good writer myself as shown in my rewrite of "The Itch" but it is really fascinating to see the introduction of Cathy depicted as a comedic and almost downright insulting character as a foil for Brooke's expectations. Along the way, we are supposed dislike this character being annoying and all around unlikable obstacle for Brooke's supposedly inner conflict.
But I have no freaking clue if this is what Naylor expected or not, but I like to think that he still thinks that we all hate the character that he wrote for us to hate as much he hates women with that look that Cathy has. Though I am not really sure if that is the true, but in the end he ended created pretty the only true character in the entire Naylor universe... Until he decides to actually make a comic with Cathy which ends up butchering everything we like about the character into yet another sexually manipulative and driven girl who wants to be controlled by a Naylor selfinserted character.
Maybe it's because we love how down to the earth Cathy is, actually has some taste and quirks that we would end up loving. Hell, now it is confirmed that she may be a bi ( or maybe lesbian based on what we saw on The Mind of Brooke Reed) and she thinks that Brooke is not her type.
That... is freaking awesome. Naylor made a character for us to root for rather than... Whatever the hell is going on with Brooke. I mean... What even IS going on? Am I to assume that there will be this... I don't even know, gateway to female domination over men the overly sexual supernatural way or something? That Naylor thinks that college is REALLY like a source for sexual experience and exploration, thus forming them for the rest of their lives if they will be dom, sub or losers according to Naylor's ideals? Either way, I am kind of freaking out that maybe Cathy will end up a victim for whatever is to come...
Something PLEASE explain this to me.

Oh and by the way, I just looked at U-18Chan thread for this comic and I found this really hilariously accurate list about what everybody has been saying about this comic XD

Naylor managed to ruin the character of Cathy for me now. I should've known better than to assume, nay HOPE and PRAY that Cathy would be a actual voice of reason for whatever the hell is going on with this story but nope, she just now became a strayman joke and argument about Naylor's weirdass views on how he thinks that sex is... jaded or something, I have NO idea about what Naylor is trying to say with this comic anymore...
She could be bisexual and just choose not to date men though, it wouldn't invalidate her same-sex attraction. But instead she start to spur out about political statement against patriarchal heteronormativitet which is absurd, but then again, this was written by Jay Naylor. You know what is even more funnier? I just saw this comment on the U-18chan that just cracked me up and mentally exhausted myself from the will to live.

"Brooke Goes to College" might be Jay Naylor's attempt to make a furry porn parody of Rockstar's "Bully" or "Canis Canem Edit". Thinking about it, it kind of make sense. Well no not really, but still. It does feel like how Brooke is like the new kid in school who challenges the bullies to become the number one, except this time its about being the number one dominant slut in college where all the guys is forced to be sub or something like that...

And I just now realized we're going to have an upcoming scene where she either

While I don't agree with EVERYTHING the ghost of Kaori says, one thing is correct: why was Brooke under the impression that she was his only partner when he was *already* stepping out on his wife?

And at this point, she wouldn't know that he's now in an open marriage, and her getting the video copy won't ultimately go anywhere because his wife probably knows already and Pepper is a consenting adult.

Granted, it's bad manners on his end to have unprotected sex with multiple people and not tell them (and cheat on his wife, when they were monogamous).

Brooke, just... look, it sucks to find something like that out, but you just have to roll with it and move on. Not... whatever this petty bullshit is.

Jay Naylor never fails to write unsympathetic MCs SCs and BGCs. He's so good at it, in fact, he's never even written anything approaching a sympathetic character in his entire career. Coach Swanson could've been nicer about it, but he's right - from the start, he was upfront about his intentions when they first started humping. It's always tricky when one half of a casual-sex relationship starts wanting more than the other, and it definitely stings if/when they have to end it because of that.

Brooke has hopefully learned some important lessons here:

1. When people tell you who they are, believe them.

2. Avoid pursuing unavailable partners - it doesn't end well.

(Like I know Naylor is trying to shit on Brooke again for daring to have Feelings, but the main flaw in her plan was that she chased a married-with-kids guy who flat-out told her that he wouldn't change his life for her - and was then bamboozled when he did exactly what he said.)
