I only briefly skimmed this, but it seems to take place in a Japan where adultery is a felony. The wife, Risa, cheated with a man she was in love with named Kaito, and got sent to prison for two years (though it seems receiving the death penalty is also a normal punishment). She experienced all manner of rape and abuse during those two years, only for her husband (who presumably set up her in-prison treatment) to lock her up in one of his mansions so that she doesn't not betray him anymore. Risa dreams of her lover, who she presumes dead, coming to save her and ending both of their lives in a lovers suicide. But, in the end, it's only a dream, and she is still prisoner within her husband's grasp.

They show a scene where Kaito is fighting his way out of prison and seems set to coming to save Risa, but there's no conclusion.
