Zakuzelo - This is a hypothesis, but I think because the men were plotting escape her seemingly sudden break down and climbing on top of some orc dick to erase her last memories was her way of saying "I don't want to leave, I rather have sex all day now" or at the very least she didn't want to go back to the kingdom that turned her back on her. It's not the best reasoning, but it's all I got.
It makes her a shitty person, because deep down she knows her suffering will end (more or less) but her men will continue to suffer.

@Zakuzelo - it's established she's had several months of orgasm denial torture and is having trouble keeping it together.
