The only negative point is, I think Iza is a little bit lost herself in this story because of long periods between every chapter production. So I understand why people don't get the story.
Officially there is not confirmation that her husband is her secretary from the Chap1 & Chap3, but there is lot of chances it's that bastard since they look pretty similar.
Plus, there was a blonde rival challenging her previously but nothing was revealed about why and what that other blonde assembly member was aiming for making scandals and getting a 3P with Shiori in last 8th chapter.
