@ohmanwhatsthis You are accidentally correct but your reasoning is entirely bunk. First of all, "cuntboy" is not the same as FtM trans. Almost all of the cuntboys in porn are men who have vaginas. It's like a reverse of "chicks with dicks". Just like how none of the futas in hentai are MtF transsexuals (in fact there is a separate term for MtF in hentai: newhalf). These characters are either cis people who happen to acquired the reverse genitalia or intersex where the entire body is one way and only the genitalia the other. In other words both futa and cuntboy are tropes that have nothing to do with trans.
Cuntboy is male because it's a boy who happen to have a cunt. There is no need to overcomplicate things, especially when your theory goes against the history and established tropes of the genre.
