I'd like everyone's input on what sort of releases S4H should focus on. Do you prefer recent works (1-3 years) overshadowed by mainstream artists? Or older works (3+ years) that fell to the wayside by time or an inactive artist?

@Ingloo: since a lot of people apparently only search for "English" it would be nice to pick up various artists with few to no works translated. Particularly those with few works available at all. Date doesn't matter as long as it's good.
