A couple of comments.

Black and white pages should always be Grayscale. Setting them as RGB artificially inflates the file size.

Aside text should be a different font, augie is the one most people use.

Moans and Shouting should have something distinguishing them from normal text. A simple way to do this is to Bold and italicize shouts. Moans should probably be a different font (moanHand or SF Grunge Sans).

If you can, level out the page grain. It reduces the file size and looks a lot better.
