The point of this Netorare Arc is simply a Study in Contrast.

The MC Kousuke who's married to Tomboy Milf Sayaka is a bland,uninteresting Successful Doctor. He's as Bland as Edward from Twight. Thus, he's an easy NTR/Cuck target.

The main narrative here is that Dr. Tajieui is Sterile, and that his Mother is a new Widow, bitter and confused at his inaibilty to give her Grandchildren, Kousuke is to put it mildly, The Weakest Link.

His younger brother, Kyo is a Grade A Douche like Brian Griffin. He's extremely cocky, and egotistical. The whole point of the story, is that he's simply SUPERIOR in Bed to his brother, his Rape of his Sister In Law Compensates his Alpha Male Authority. To make Matters Worse, the Wife, Sayaka is a NYMPHOMANIAC, thus she's Mind Broken almost instantly.

Zonda also gives him a form of Comeuppance when the story turns onto a brilliant twist: Kyo ultimately ends up losing the battle too. Chisuke, the Baby of the Brothers, a Quiet, Shy, Good Hearted, BBM NEET ends up Confessing to Sayaka and ultimately WINS the ability to impregnate her. THAT's the Ending TWIST. The Baby is HIS.

Zonda is basically saying, Chisuke was the one WORTHY of being Her Husband and Father of her Children.
