I just don't buy the part where Nero is a virgin, at all, the girl had harems of her own in life, and in the Extra series, she is supportive of Hakuno increasing the size of his harem because that would mean she'd get access to the other girls in the harem as well, she's been around the block once or twice... or twenty thousand times over...

I actually thought so too, but supposedly there is some kind of info in Fate Extra additional materials or something that she actually just play-pretends but never actually did the actual thing... SUPPOSEDLY.

And I guess there's that in her Bride version, Nero does mention that she never had occasion to be one during life... so I guess unlike our historical Nero, she never did marry. And even in Fate Extra itself, despite mentioning harems, Nero seems surprisingly shy and flustered when she has to go with Rin or Rani for the "mana transfer"... so it's not like it's impossible for her to be one.
